We all know that being fit and healthy does not rely on exercise alone. A major factor is eating healthy.

There are a lot of diet fads that come and go. I cannot and will not promote any of those.

But here is a 7-day diet plan that you can try. I haven't tried it myself but it is designed by known The Biggest Loser nutritionist, Cheryl Forberg, RD, so it must be safe and effective.
